Renewal: every plan is prepaid for the length you choose and expires at the end of it; nothing renews automatically. To keep watching without a break, message support on WhatsApp before your end date. Renewal prices and promotions may differ from your previous order.

More connections: plans come with 1 to 5 connections, one per screen watching at the same time. Need more screens, or a different plan length when you renew? Tell support and they'll suggest the right plan.

Login details: they're sent to you with your setup instructions once payment is confirmed. Can't find them? Message support and we'll help you get back in. Please don't send your password in a public message.
