Varesteam4K Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to this website (varesteam4k.org), to Varesteam4K subscriptions and trials, and to the help our team provides. Please read them carefully. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, ordering, using a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You agree to give accurate contact and order information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for protecting the usernames, passwords, playlist links, portal details and other credentials supplied to you.

3. Service access

Varesteam4K is an internet streaming (IPTV) service. A subscription gives you personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable access for the length and the number of connections you selected. You watch in a compatible player on your own device, using an M3U playlist, Xtream Codes details or, on MAG boxes, a portal address.

Access begins when your activation details are delivered, unless your order says otherwise. A connection means one simultaneous stream. Using more devices at the same time than you purchased may interrupt access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell or redistribute access unless you have a written reseller arrangement with us;
  • publish credentials, portal addresses, playlist links or other private access information;
  • copy, record, retransmit, scrape, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the service;
  • try to bypass connection limits, security controls or access restrictions;
  • use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • interfere with networks, servers, other users or the operation of the service.

5. Content and availability

Channel names, categories, schedules, event feeds, movies, series, picture quality and regional availability may change without notice. Event channels may appear only while an event is live. Maintenance, source problems, internet-provider restrictions, device limits or circumstances outside our control may affect availability. We do not guarantee that every listed item will remain continuously available. See also our Disclaimer.

6. Devices, applications and internet

You are responsible for a compatible device, a stable internet connection and any third-party player app needed for access. Third-party app charges are separate from Varesteam4K subscriptions. We do not control third-party applications, device makers, internet providers, or their updates and policies.

7. Orders, prices and payments

You order through WhatsApp, using the order buttons on this site; the steps are on the how to order page. Prices, connection quantities and durations are shown on the IPTV subscription page and confirmed by our team before you pay. Activation may be delayed while a payment is reviewed. Taxes or payment fees may apply depending on where you live and how you pay.

8. Renewals and expiration

Unless automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and authorized by you, subscriptions expire at the end of the period you purchased. Contact us before the end date if you want uninterrupted service. Renewal prices and promotions may differ from an earlier purchase.

9. Trials

Trials are provided for evaluation and may be limited by duration, content, device or availability. One trial per person or household may be enforced. We may refuse or end a trial if we detect repeated requests, misuse or inaccurate information. Details are on the IPTV free trial page.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, credential sharing, exceeding the purchased number of connections, fraud, abuse, security threats or a material breach of these terms. When practical, we may give you an opportunity to correct an issue. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to immediate termination.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The 7-day money-back guarantee is subject to that policy's eligibility requirements, exclusions and request process. Mandatory consumer rights where you live continue to apply.

12. Intellectual property

The Varesteam4K name, this website's design, original text, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks (devices, apps, channels) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and the service are provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, device problems, internet outages or third-party failures. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected subscription.

14. Changes and governing rules

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. Updated terms apply from the date they are posted on this page, except where the law requires additional notice. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the business providing the service, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
